We built a tool for commercial teams reviewing construction contracts. It extracts the clauses from a PDF, flags risks against the firm's governance requirements and lets the consultant review or escalate each issue.

The reviewed changes feed into a Word document with tracked amendments, an Excel deviation schedule and a governance sign-off form.
